JAKARTA, Indonesia - The Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) automotive exhibition officially opened on Thursday, August 10, 2017. Many new cars and motorcycles are on this one-year event.
Taking place in Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE), BSD City, Tangerang, GIASS 2017 is too dear to pass up.
Because, in addition to new cars and motorcycles, there are also a number of manufacturers that showcase their concept products. From these conceptual products, you can imagine what the future car looks like, with the theme of GIIAS this year, the Rise of the Future Mobility.
As in previous years, the exhibition which will last until 20 August is also still carrying the spirit of green technology (green technology). Well here are five things you need to know about GIIAS 2017:
Ticket price
Ticket prices GIIAS 2017 divided into two categories, namely weekdays (Monday-Thursday) and weekends (Friday-Sunday).

32 car brands
No less than 32 brands of cars will enliven GIIAS 2017, which consists of 24 brands of passenger vehicles and 8 brands of commercial vehicles.
The 24 passenger vehicles are Audi, BMW, Chevrolet, Daihatsu, Datsun, Dodge, Honda, Hyundai, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Mitsubishi Motors, Nissan, Renault, Suzuki, Tata Motors , Toyota, Volvo, VW, and Wuling.
While the 8 brands of commercial vehicles are DFSK, FAW, Hino, Hyundai Bus and Truck, Isuzu, Mitsubishi FUSO, Tata Motors, and UD Truck.
40 new vehicles
More than 40 new vehicles will be launched on GIIAS 2017. Mitsubishi, for example, released their latest product: Xpander.
This is the first Xpander introduced in the world. In addition Audi will introduce the Audi Q5 and A3. Legendary car Suzuki Jimny will also mejeng at this exhibition.

10 brand two wheelers
In addition to GIIAS 2017 car also presents the motor. There are 10 brands of two wheels that enliven this event.
They are Honda, Ducati, Harley Davidson, Kawasaki, KTM, KYMCO, Peugeot, Piaggio, Suzuki, and Ural.
Interestingly, Honda at a glance display their latest product, the CRF 150. Although not yet officially released, but this one trail bike is believed to be the toughest opponent Kawasaki KLX 150.
Concept car
One manufacturer that carries the concept car is Daihatsu, namely Daihatsu DN Multisix and Daihatsu DN F Sedan. He cried again, this is the first introduction of both concept cars in the world.
